We are seeking an experienced Conversion Tracking Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, conversion tracking, and data analysis, with the ability to implement and optimize conversion tracking across various digital platforms. you will play a crucial role in conversion tracking troubleshooting and the set up. You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing conversion tracking. You will work closely with the marketing team to communicate and set up the perfect conversion tracking.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain conversion tracking tools to monitor website and ad performance.
GTM, Third-party website/tools tracking
Develop and implement conversion tracking strategies based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Continuously monitor reporting to identify any discrepancies in data presented
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to implement conversion-focused changes.
Analyze conversion data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Generate detailed reports on conversion rates, user behavior, and campaign performance.
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience with ServiceTitan software is required for this position, as it involves proficiency in utilizing the platform for efficient workflow management.
Experience linking GA4 and Google Ads in Service Titan

Strong understanding of web design principles and the ability to create visually appealing and conversion-focused designs.
Proficiency in technical aspects of website optimization and ad campaign management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on improving conversion rates.
Experience in Home Services is a plus.
