seeking a skilled and experienced freelancer to qualify our Housing loan leads. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial industry knowledge and exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Contact potential housing loan clients to gather necessary information and assess their eligibility for various housing loan products.

• Verify income, employment, and credit history to determine borrower qualification.

• Identify potential challenges or issues and provide solutions or escalate as needed.

• Accurately document client information and interactions in our CRM system.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly qualification targets.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in financial industry 

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to effectively interact with clients and convey complex financial information.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology.

• Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills

• Previous financial working experience
