Description: We are seeking a skilled User Experience (UX) expert to evaluate, optimize, and enhance the user experience of our online marketplace, Unixmo. As we prepare to boost our marketing efforts, ensuring an effective, user-friendly, and optimized platform is essential to attract more traffic, sellers, and income. This project requires a UX expert who can analyze the current user journey, identify pain points, optimize performance, and provide actionable recommendations to improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of Unixmo’s user experience, including website navigation, interface design, and overall functionality.
• Identify usability issues, user pain points, and areas for improvement based on user behavior and industry best practices.
• Review website analytics, heatmaps, and user journey data to gain insights into user interactions and preferences.
• Collaborate with our team to understand the goals of the online marketplace and align UX improvements with business objectives.
• Optimize the website’s performance, loading times, and responsiveness to ensure seamless user interactions.
• Provide clear and actionable recommendations to enhance the user experience, streamline navigation, and improve overall engagement.
• Create wireframes, mockups, or prototypes to visualize suggested changes and improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the platform’s competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.
• Proficiency in usability testing, user research, and data analysis to drive design decisions.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools, heatmaps, and user journey mapping.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Experience in optimizing website performance, loading times, and mobile responsiveness.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex UX concepts to non-technical team members.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for improving user experiences.
